Mandy Tsung is a 30 year old artist from Canada.
She’s been making art for as long as she can remember, but she began her formal career in 2009. Mandy is inspired by the work of Andrew Hem, Kent Williams, Amy Sol, Nomi Chi, and Vincent Van Gogh.
“Art for me is a compulsion, it’s necessary to help me process things and understand myself. I need to make things constantly. As far as subject matter, I’m not sure why I enjoy the human face so much, but it seems to encapsulate all the things that I need to express. I also feel it’s rather important to convey the many facets of what it’s like to be a woman, as a woman myself.”
