Daan Noppen is a Dutch contemporary artist (b 1977 in Arnhem) best known for his realistic drawings of portraits and bodies. Physics and it’s relation to our being, our emotions, plays a big part in his work. The artist plays with notions of reality by projecting time as a physical dimension.
When I create a drawing I like to ask the viewers a question. Is our reality a four-dimensional projection, which could break apart in an infinite number of alternative realities? he says
