Born in Santa Monica, California in 1974, Jean-Pierre Roy is a Brooklyn-based artist who received his MFA from the New York Academy of Art in 2002. His work is often associated with science-fiction and the post-apocalyptic. Jean-Pierre currently teaches painting at the New York Academy of Art. His Instagram.
