Here is a new South Korean/Japanese trend called 'Aegyo sal' which makes you look worn-out and sleep-deprived. Usually, you have such bags under your eyes after partying all night or when you're really tired or having a hangover. ‘HANGOVER’ eyes are taking the internet by storm, with women resorting to heavy make-up and cosmetic injections to achieve the look. The women who use this style think that it makes them look "young and happy." Thousands of them post their experiments on Instagram and other social media networks. 'Aegyo sal' can be translated as 'eye smiles', 'cute skin' or 'charming fat' and apparently, this trend is spreading to other countries very quickly.
