.After the powerful storms of El Niño stroke repeatedly the coastline of California, the state of emergency was declared in the area, namely in the city of Pacifica. The residents of several apartment buildings were asked to evacuate. However, 5 of them refuse to do it as they don't think to be in danger and some of them have simply no where to go.
