Six-year-old Virsaviya Borun has been defying the odds since day one. It's estimated that one in 5.5 million people will be born with their heart outside of their chest and she happened to be one of the lucky ones. Despite her rare medical condition, Virsaviya is a happy young girl and she carries on through every day while wearing a smile.
