end-of-a-bizarre-week listening.mogard’s story is very fascinating. having been born and spending his entire life in belgrade, serbia, and having no musical education, he only began creating music very late in his life after his retirement from decades of work in a metal factory. his drone-like and ambient music stems from the reparative sounds and mechanical noises he grew accustomed to at his position as a line worker in the steel mill.
