Well, it’s been great Tumblr.

To all the creators and curators who were given the opportunity to be featured by the featured tag editors, you are oh so lucky. Gone are the days when editors helped you get your artwork on the public tagged streams, and subsequently in the streams of content curators across the platform and beyond. It’s been great being a part of the creative energy here on Tumblr but it does sadden me that many artists will be buried in the new layout. I guess that’s how these corporate thingamajiggys go?

However, I, along with other ex tag editors and content curators, guarantee you that this will not be the end of a creative era on Tumblr - it is simply the beginning. Keep posted.
