Crumpled Canvas

B. 1984, Syrian/Swedish artist Jwan Yosef received his BA in Fine Art from Konstfack University College of Arts in Stockholm and his MA in Fine Art from Central Saint Martins College of Art in London where he now resides.

His recent series of paintings feature portraits and blank canvas on top of exposed frames, adding depth to the body of work as it seems unfinished.
