As someone who suffers from panic disorder, where panic attacks can happen, unprovoked, anytime, my triggers are irrational and connected to things I associate with the attacks themselves. Everyone has a different history, a personal foundation upon which our fears and desires are built. Some things, yes, are universally considered horrific & should have warnings. But to expose ourselves to life is to risk running into our triggers. crssI'm sorry, but I don't think that other Anon has any idea what a trigger is.
